If
we make the stage larger, the main doorways move farther apart, and
we can fit in twice as large an audience. But this version
still has only five rows of seats. Each point of the triangle
has been filled, not with short additional rows of seats, but rather
with a backdrop. It consists of a row of upright triangular
prisms (or periaktoi)
that can be rotated in unison to reveal any of three different scenes.
