At dawn on December 19, 2000, I was ready to try out my new digital camera.  The upper photo is what I saw from the porch of my apartment. Two decades later, there have some minor changes.  The lower photo is from my smartphone on the morning of March 9, 2022.  Fresh snow is falling.  One evergreen tree has been removed.  Another pair of evergreens has grown larger, as has my neighbor's vehicle.  And, on the right, a fence has supplanted a hedge.
