	I'm going to say that this Thomas family portrait was taken in 1935 outside Livermore, Kentucky.  Front and center are my grandparents Lydia and H.F., holding two children whom I can't identify.  Sitting alongside them are daughter Helen (left) and son Phil (right).  Four other sons stand behind:  Vernon (my future father), Hubert (who would marry the next year), Chester with his wife Ione, and Fred with his wife Edith (married the year before).
